Returns and Cancellations
RETURNS
All of our wrapping paper, and A5, A4 and A3 prints are available to return if you are not 100% satisfied with your items. Unless custom colours, wording or illustrations have been made, making your print bespoke and unable to return. Any postal returns for change of mind will be paid for by the customer.
If your order arrived damaged in transit. Please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any size above A3 (so 50 x 70, 70 x 100, A2 and A1) are outsourced to our trusted printers, therefore we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. But if your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance within 14 days of receiving your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Any wrapping paper order or A5, A4, A3 print order can be cancelled or shipping address changed if contacted within the hour after ordering.
Orders for any size above A3 (so 50 x 70, 70 x 100, A2 and A1) are automatically printed to order by our professional printers within 30 minutes of you completing payment. If an error has been made please reply to your order email immediately, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
